WHO ARE THE CLEANING PARTNERS?

All our cleaners are either SPR / Singapore citizens.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN CLEANING EQUIPMENT?

We do not provide any cleaning equipment/materials for our ad-hoc or weekly cleaning clients. Please feel free to check with us with regards on what to prepare/buy, we will advice you accordingly.

DO I NEED TO BE PHYSICALLY AT HOME WHEN DURING THE HOURS OF CLEANING?

This is up to the comfort of individual. Some homeowners prefer to be out during the cleaning hours and arrange to pick-up the keys from the helper after the session. For the safely of our homeowners, all our cleaning partners's identity are registered with us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO FIND A HELPER?

It depends on your timing and location, the matching may varies. We would appreciate if you could inform us 3 days in advance to prevent disappointment.
